What can I expect on my first visit?
When you come into our office for the first time, we will have you fill out the Patient History Form. If you print and fill out the form at home, it will save time on your first visit.
During the initial visit the doctor will give you a consultation to discuss the reason for your visit. Based on that discussion, the doctor will conduct an orthopedic and neurological exam and check range of motion to identify the cause of the pain or discomfort. At that time, x-rays may be taken as necessary.
The doctor will then evaluate the results of the exams and determine a recommended course of treatment. You can view our many different options by visiting our Services page to learn more.
The doctor will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We want our patients to be educated and informed about what we do and how we can help you
How long does it take?
Your initial visit should take no more that 30-45 minutes. That time can be less if you complete the Patient History Form and bring it with you to the office.
How should I dress?
Dress comfortably and casually for your visit with us. Athletic wear is fine also and, if an x-ray is necessary, may prevent you from having to put on a gown for the procedure.
When can I come?
We see patients Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the mornings and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM in the afternoons. We also welcome walk-in patients for your convenience. This is helpful for those that need last minute attention or have an unpredictable schedule.
How do I get an appointment?
You can call our office at 706-965-5777 or fill out the Appointment Request form on the right side of your screen. Someone from our office will contact you to verify the appointment.
We look forward to meeting you and helping you get started on the road to wellness.
